The CIPD Level 7 qualification is the pinnacle of L&D expertise, targeting experienced professionals ready for senior leadership roles. Equivalent to a postgraduate degree, it equips you with strategic thinking and business skills to design and lead impactful L&D initiatives. Through core units on business strategy and research, combined with specialist L&D modules, you’ll gain the knowledge to influence stakeholders and align L&D with organizational goals. This program prepares you for senior positions like Head of L&D, allows you to influence strategic decision-making, and opens doors to chartered membership with CIPD.

The program is designed to be completed over a two-year period, with intensive study modules scheduled for eight months of the year. Each module will consist of five consecutive days of instruction.
To ensure mastery of the covered material, participants will be required to submit a comprehensive assignment following each module. These assignments will typically exceed 5,000 words and must be supported by relevant evidence to demonstrate learning outcomes.
