The CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Organizational Learning and Development helps L&D professionals with experience grow their careers. It provides core skills in program design, measurement, and staying current with L&D trends. You’ll gain a strong foundation through core units and specialize further with optional choices, making you a stronger candidate for senior L&D roles.

The CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management prioritizes applied learning through assignments. Unlike traditional exams, participants complete in-depth written assignments (3,000-5,000 words) on various HR topics for each of the seven program units. The program would be held for total of 15 days with 5 days in different months.

  • 5CO02 – Evidence based practice
  • 5CO03 – Professional Behaviours and valuing people
  • 5LD01 – Supporting self-directed and social learning
  • 5LD02 – Learning & development design to create value
  • 5LD03 – Facilitate personalised and performance focused learning

  • To be in the program, candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience working within the Human Resources field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this position.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a strong plus, but not required.
