The CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Organizational Learning and Development helps L&D professionals with experience grow their careers. It provides core skills in program design, measurement, and staying current with L&D trends. You’ll gain a strong foundation through core units and specialize further with optional choices, making you a stronger candidate for senior L&D roles.
The CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management prioritizes applied learning through assignments. Unlike traditional exams, participants complete in-depth written assignments (3,000-5,000 words) on various HR topics for each of the seven program units. The program would be held for total of 15 days with 5 days in different months.
