GInI Authorized Innovation Assessors (AInA)® are recognized by GInI to conduct innovation maturity assessments for organizations seeking GInI Certified Innovative Organization (CInOrg)® certification. AInAs also assess Innovation Labs, Business Incubators, and Accelerator Programs, and submit Innovation Endorsement Applications. They are the sole individuals authorized to conduct GInI Innovation Maturity Assessments, ensuring quality, objectivity, and transparency. Organizations must engage an independent third-party GInI AInA for CInOrg certification. AInAs also conducts accreditation assessments for Innovation Labs, Business Incubators, and Accelerator Programs, ensuring objectivity and transparency.

  • Innovation Management Fundamentals: Core concepts, models, process, and strategic role.
  • GInI Innovation Framework: Assess innovation maturity across Strategy, Organization, Culture, Processes, and People.
  • Innovation Assessment Methodology: Conduct assessments using GInI’s data collection, interview, and analysis tools.
  • Reporting and Recommendation: Prepare reports and propose improvement recommendations.

To be eligible to register for the AInA exam, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  1. Hold a university degree.
  2. Have a minimum of ten years of total professional experience.
  3. Hold an active GInI certification – either as a CCInO or as a CInS.

In addition, the individual must show proof of the following:

  1. Ownership of the GInI Applied Innovation Master Book®.
  2. Completion of a minimum of 24 hours of education relating to the AInA certification, provided by a GInI Authorized Training & Assessment Provider (ATAP)®and delivered by a GInI Master Assessor.
