GInI Authorized Growth Venture Assessors (AGVA)® are certified by GInI to conduct Innovation-Driven-Growth Readiness & Performance Assessments for small and medium-sized business ventures. AGVAs work under GInI Authorized Training and Assessment Providers (ATAP)® or Authorized University Providers (AUP)®. They exclusively handle assessments for GInI Certified Innovative Growth Venture (CInGV) accreditation. AGVAs, alongside GInI Authorized Innovation Assessors (AInA)®, are the only individuals permitted to conduct these assessments. To ensure quality and transparency, ventures must engage an independent AGVA or AInA recognized by GInI for CInGV accreditation assessments. This maintains a standard of excellence across all assessments.

To be eligible to register for the AGVA certification exam, an individual must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a university degree at the Bachelors or higher level.
- Have at least two (2) years of professional working experience – either in industry, academia, or government.
- Hold active certification with GInI as a CInP®, CInS®, or CCInO®.
