- Sales Process Management: Design, implement, and monitor the steps to convert leads into customers.

- Sales Technology & Tools: Leverage CRM, automation, and data analytics to streamline workflows and gain insights.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BA), Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Alternative paths: extensive sales experience or relevant sales certifications (may be considered)
- Experience:
- Proven success in a sales role (mandatory)
- Ideally, experience in the same industry or with similar products/services
- Leadership experience (highly beneficial)
